WCPC Session

The body of elders at WCPC is called the Session.  Each class serves a three year term.  At WCPC the elders are responsible for overseeing the operation of the church.  Each elder serves on a ministry team of the Session.

The “ruling elders…., exercise leadership, government, spiritual discernment and discipline and have responsibilities for the life of a congregation well as the whole church,….” as stated in the The Book of Order, The Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

Ministry Teams of the WCPC Session

Ministry Teams (committees) at WCPC are an opportunity to take your servitude a step further. These teams help to facilitate, plan and coordinate all the ministry opportunities through WCPC. The Bible teaches us the harvest is plenty, but the workers few.  If you would like to serve on a ministry team of the Session, please check here for those opportunities or contact the church office.
