Children's Education

 Sunday School 

The Woodlands Community Presbyterian Church Children's Sunday school is offering a lectionary based curriculum that is based on the same Bible text used in worship and for youth and one adult class also.  Godly Play stories will be told in the Preschool and Kindergarten class using the same Bible passages or theme as the older classes lesson. Children ages 3 years through 6th grade meet at 9:45 in their classrooms during the school year for Sunday School.  The children are dismissed at 10:45 am into a  fellowship time called Jesus Jam in the courtyard or Fellowship Hall Narthex to meet their parents.  Parents can check the directory on the lighted sign post in the CE building hallway to see what room their children's class is meeting in. 

Vacation Bible School Coming Next Summer 2012

Each summer we present a Vacation Bible School for one week during the summer from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Each day starts with everyone together for the presentation of the day, and then the students go by age groups to science, recreation, snack, music, and arts and crafts. Vacation Bible School takes a lot of people to make it happen and we would even like to consider offering it twice since we always are sold out!
